One of my staples is rope coiled baskets where strips of fabric are wrapped around rope, followed by a stitch and coil process on a sewing machine to create the basket shape. We use fresh pork sourced from a small family abattoir in Lancaster County PA.  We make all our own spice mixes. Our ingredient list is clean, and every ingredient is listed for each sausage with No fillers, No Gluten!  When we use sweeteners, it is typically Agave or Dates.   We make our sausage the old-fashioned way, from pork shoulders, cut by hand. We grind, mix and stuff our sausage ourselves.
